I arrived in Cambodia by boat from Vietnam. My first stop was Phnom Penh which I thoroughly enjoyed. The people were awesome and had a very welcoming vibe. I toured the capital city with a day trip out to the Killing fields and the Genocide Museum both very sobering. After a few days in the capital I ventured north by bus to the famous Angkor Wat Temple Complex and Siem Reap. Words cannot describe the grandeur and the beauty of the various temples. I spent 4 days in this region before flying to Bangkok. I opted not to do the 15 hour bus ride across the Thai/Cambodian Border.
