my flight departed on time and arrived on time. customs was a breeeze....upon exiting the airport i was greeted by 100 taxi drivers fighting for my business. i quickly learned the art of bargaining and got to my hotel buenos aires in centro historico. i am so glad i am staying there instead of zona rosa. the hotel is nice...nothing fancy. i already met a new friend mario...who i went out to dinner with at Sanborn...wonderful food. he is a spanish teacher and speak english and french as well. we went on a late night walking tour of the centro historico and talked politics! he was really nice...i think i may see him again tonight.
