What a day….we left at 4 am…and went to the airport….we waited and got on the plane and it seemed like the never ending journey. We had to switch in Zurich and do all that tram and shuttle stuff and the flight to LAX was over 12 hours…..i was going crazy. We arrive at LAX at 1:40 and got right through customs and our luggage right away. It was awesome. We were hurried into a cab and came home and I didn’t have time to smoke or change currency. I was in a bad mood when I got home cuz my computer didn’t work. I then spent time taking of that as well as laundry and unpacking. |

We woke up and took a tram to Old Town but everything was closed because of the holiday. But it was nice to look around. It started to rain and mom and I headed back to the hotel. I went over to Ela and Brendon’s by tram and had a nice time talking with them. The came back with me and came to the hotel to say goodbye to mom. Mom and I went to the Lebanese Restraunt that evening and packed. |

We were obsessed about getting to the train station and all the horror stories we were told. But Tadeusz got us there in time and we left for Warsaw. The train got really crowded in Bialystok because of the upcoming holiday and we didn’t know what stop to get off in Warsaw. We did and Ela was there to meet and greet us. We took a cab to our hotel. Very nice! I walked to an internet café and then came home and just stayed in. |

Helena took mom and I for a drive around Augustow. Then we came home and I went with Tadeusz to drop off some paperwork and then see Jola and Czarek at the court. Very interesting to see the trial room. Then Tadeusz and I went to the Albatross for drinks and then came home. We had pierogi that night and made plans for our departure to Warsaw. |

Tadeusz drove us to Barglow and we saw the church and cemetery where the ancestors came from. But it was rainy and muddy…so it was limited. There was a funeral in the church so I took a communion which was neat. After, Tadeusz drove us over to Wojciech house and we had coffee and cake. Then went back home and rested and ate some more |
